Payment Policy
It is our goal is to make quality veterinary care accessible to all pet owners. We help make the cost of care easy and manageable for our clients by offering multiple payment options. We accept payment in the form of cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as CareCredit®. Please see our full financial policy here.
New Client Appointments
To ensure our team can be available to all pets in need of medical care, we are now requiring a $39 deposit for all New Client appointment requests, refundable until 48 hours before the scheduled date. The deposit will be applied to your bill at the initial visit, and can be refunded if you cancel no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment.
CareCredit
We are proud to accept CareCredit® as a form of payment. CareCredit lets you start your pet’s treatment immediately and pay for it over time in low monthly payments. Learn more here.
